Andy Shaw: ‘Ignore 900lb Gorilla, Buy This House’
When we saw this ad on property site mouseprice.com, we just had to check it out. Someone already using the credit crunch to market their wares? On a property site? Genius.
Turns out the ad is for self-proclaimed investment guru Andy Shaw, who apart covering his website in his own signature (as if that proves he’s somehow a real person), also sells books/seminars/mentorship/advice which not everyone is happy about. And his solution for how to ‘beat the credit crunch’? Buy property apparently, and pay him to help you do it.
Wowzers, sounds to me like someone got rich selling their ideas to not-altogether-very-clever-entry-level property investors during a bullish housing boom and is now clutching at straws. Encouraging mums and dads to buy property now? Er…
